From now until August 31, Flying HIGH, Inc. Professional Development Center is partnering with Men's Wearhouse to help disadvantaged job seekers get a boost of self-confidence during the fourth annual National Suit Drive, the country's largest collection of gently used business attire. This is Professional Development Center's first time joining Men's Wearhouse and approximately 200 other charities to distribute the items collected at more than 900 Men's Wearhouses. Items collected include men's and women's suits, shirts, jackets, ties, belts, and shoes. Residents of the Mahoning Valley may donate their gently used and cleaned items at Men's Warehouse, 7310 Market Street, Boardman, Ohio 44512, ph.330-629-8861.
The Professional Development Center (PDC) offers professional development curriculum to help you become skilled in just 10 weeks, with both the professional & technical skills required for entry level positions. Courses equip you for immediate employment in high-demand industries.
The PDC is your bridge to becoming skilled for employment now and as a stepping stone for developing a lasting career.
You already possess the God-given talents to make yourself profitable and self sufficient. However, for these talents to profit you, they have to be developed into skills. Come as you are and be willing to work hard to graduate. We have open enrollment and you can be admitted even if you don't have your high school diploma. We offer Adult Basic Education classes as an elective to our curriculum that can help you obtain your GED. We even offer a seminar to provide guidance for those who want to expunge a criminal record. PDC works with you to help you graduate and be successful in your life and career.
