Resource Opportunity Center (The ROC)
Flying HIGH, Inc.'s Resource Opportunity Center (ROC) was a part of Flying HIGH, Inc. from late 2007 until early 2009. It served to connect employers and job seekers and to build community partnerships that addressed client needs beyond finding employment. In a little over a year's time, The ROC succeeded in placing over 125 clients in jobs around the valley. The ROC continually adapted resource services to meet client needs and it has evolved into what is today Flying HIGH's Leadership Zone.
